Located at Neville’s Cross, these 12 townhouses are based on the traditional Durham townhouse, inspired by the drawings of local Artist Norman Cornish the narrative for the project is to create a micro community that reminds those who live there of the areas rich history. Achieved through referencing historical local structures and creating a sense of community through lush green landscapes this project delivers community wellbeing in abundance.
